Each registration for Cars 4 Kids provides a limited revocable license with access for one (1) vehicle and driver and one (1) co-pilot entry including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks for each participant. Entry for additional passengers may be purchased for additional fee. See registration page for details. Participation in Cars 4 Kids is entirely voluntary, although we ask and expect that participants attend and participate in the event in its entirety, including the car show at the Ronald McDonald House of the Intermountain Area, Inc., in Salt Lake City (i.e., the final destination) and conclusion of the event.

Participation in the Cars 4 Kids shall be deemed your consent to be photographed and/or filed during the event and your likeness (and that of your vehicle) may be used by Cars 4 Kids in promotional materials. You here consent to the placement of vinyl decals on your vehicle (e.g., number designation and Cars 4 Kids branding).

Individual or company branding of vehicles and promotional materials is strictly reserved for event sponsors only. Minimal outside branding on vehicles may be considered, but must be submitted to less than ten (10 days prior to the event and approved by Cars 4 Kids management in its sole discretion.) Unauthorized branding must be removed from vehicle as directed by Cars 4 Kids staff. All intellectual property rights, trademarks and copy rights of Cars 4 Kids are hereby reserved. Prior to or upon check-in at Cars 4 Kids, all participants shall be required to execute a comprehensive Agreement to Participate, Waiver, Release, and Indemnity (the “Waiver and Release”). Your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms and conditions evidences your agreement to execute the Waiver and Release and to comply with its terms.

All Cars 4 Kids participants are expected to comply with all laws, rules, regulations and posted speed limited. Each participant agrees to hold Cars 4 Kids harmless from any claims related to non-compliance. All vehicles participating in Cars 4 Kids must be in good working order, dully registered, street-legal, and in compliance with applicable state and federal (DOT) safety and emissions requirements and standards. Cars 4 Kids does not provide vehicle support, technical, break-down, repair, towing or other assistance.

As a reminder, Cars 4 Kids supports the Ronald McDonald House by donating new and unwrapped toys for boys and girls. These toys help fill the “Magic Room” to provide comfort and happiness to the children and families during their stay. Bring a full tank of gas, a car full of toys, and enjoy your day!
